Introduction Digital Archives means entity will have a conservation value or non-entity data through the digitization technology and application of technology to be saved. With the advancement in information technology, the user of the website requirements also will improve the use of Flash to build web pages is a trend in recent years; Therefore, we propose the concept of a free template, hoping to reduce the time of developing web pages. 3

State of art Flash Framework Flash can be combined with audio, video, animation, with a high quality, small capacity. With the advantages of high interactivity, many web pages make use of flash animation. In recent years, more and more companies and government agencies use flash ​​to made their web pages look professional. 4

Conclusions Free template is a new concept, allowing users to construct relatively professional website without building databases. Therefore, we hope to promote this concept, let more and more people getting involved, and hope to build a sharable platform for those who need template to construct their web pages. 16
