5 Judging Process 1 Three judges per team Chair participates in the Challenge judging. List of highest ranked projects will be provided by the Chief Judge Operations at about 2:15 pm Judges have 8 minutes to interview the student, and 2 minutes to record their impressions. Judges work alone. Do not interrupt Special Award judging which is scheduled. You are free to listen in. Chair leads the team through the process

6 Judging Process 2 Keep to time! Meet as a team to decide your final results by consensus. Ensure all team members get a voice Give final results to the Chief Judge Operations. Put all the remaining paperwork into the box on the table of the Chief Judge Operations
