When Conflicts Get Out of Hand… The best way to resolve a conflict is in the early stages If a conflict is not managed well, it can escalate to something worse such as violence Teens in conflicts often get angry and don’t yet understand how to manage their emotions The best way to manage conflicts is to recognize the signs
