Summer Learning Resources for your Kiddos! A guide on local resources to keep your student engaged during the Summer

 Dear Parents, I would like to present to you a Summer Learning Resource Kit. I have compiled a list of local resources that are offering learning opportunities during the summer months to help keep your student engaged and their brains active during their break (also to give you a little break as well ).  BITS, BYTES, & BOTS OF SAN ANTONIO Bits, Bytes, & Bots of San Antonio Cutting edge innovation in STEM education. We build your child’s technical skills and confidence in a fun and safe environment. Hands on – each student has a computer or robot! Week-long morning and afternoon camps include video game making, robotics with the LEGO EV3 Mindstorm kits and Minecraft Mechanics.

Little Warriors Camp is a FREE fun, energetic camp for children of active and retired military. Children participate in games that teach team building and communication while also taking in lessons on life skills such as goal setting. Lunch and snacks are provided and the children take a field trip at the end of the week. Camp dates are: June 13th - June 17th for ages 8yrs - 10yrs. June 20th - June 24th for ages 11yrs - 13yrs.
