Goals: Create an accurate basis for developing scope, cost, schedule and design, Identify non-compliant conditions Minimize unknown project conditions Minimize change orders

Existing defects and deficiencies: Compromised/missing barrier walls; Missing dampers; Missing fire stopping.. Program elements per FGI guidelines: Adequate storage space; utility rooms… For projects that require pre-occupancy inspection, all of the above in the entire fire compartment including the egress path to public street. 8 We Put Patients First How to conduct Field Survey? Follow all established NYP Procedures. Coordinate all activates with clients; current occupants of the space; Security; EVS and Facilities Operation For intrusive work - PCRA; Infection Control measures; above ceiling permits, IC Cube/Booth etc. FDC will provide support of a small call-in contractor if needed.
