Purpose to work out the development strategy of the Privat-Agro 2 company Tasks to study the theoretical foundations of strategic management of the company development of strategic alternatives Objective economic activity of Privat-Agro 2

Changes in the external environment Characteristics of the internal environment Opportunstes: Increasing the range of available products; The increase in effective demand of the population. Threats: The failure of banks in granting loans; Increased competition in the market; The growth of prices for material and energy resources. Fulfilling the tasks will provide the following results increase in agricultural production through the application of innovative technologies, development of cooperation and integration in agro-industrial production growth of net income and increasing the market share of the company on the agricultural market of Ukraine
