Culminating Project  It is a high school graduation requirement  At each grade level students will be required to complete certain tasks  The final task consists of an exit interview senior year  The goal is to help students understand the connection between school and the real world  For more information visit the: Culminating Project Page

Certificate of Academic Achievement  It is earned by meeting standard on the Washington State Assessment Tests.  English Language Arts: ○ 10 th grade ELA (based on common core) or 11 th grade ELA (smarter balanced)  Math: ○ EOC in Algebra 1 or Geometry  Science: ○ EOC in Biology or Comprehensive NGSS Test More Information on State Testing

International Baccalaureate (IB) Junior/Senior year  Is a rigorous, internationally recognized course of study for academically talented and highly motivated students  3 paths for IB courses: Take the class only: Juniors and seniors sign up for courses they are interested in Certificates: Take the course and register for the IB exam that may earn you possible college credit Full Diploma: includes 6 exams, theory of knowledge course, extended essay and CAS activities  Meet with IB coordinator sophomore year.
