UNCLASSIFIED Army Public Health Center (Provisional)  Published 30 April 2014; based on 2009 FDA Food Code  Update in progress—  Applies changes from 2013 FDA Food Code  Corrects errors & provides clarification for marking items on the inspection report  New appendix provides Public Health Reasons  Target dates:  Staffing – 4 th quarter FY 16  Release – mid FY 17  Problems with fillable DD Form 2973, Food Operation Inspection Report  Header information (Inspection Type) not transferred to subsequent pages; removed from page 1 if marked on subsequent pages.  Does not allow you to mark more than 1 critical item within the same Item grouping.  Does not allow you to unmark a critical item in the Item grouping once it has been selected.  Does not auto-fill the Inspection Rating to page 3 when marked on page 1.
