INTRODUCTION

2. MURDER  Murder is defined as the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another. Murder is one of the common problem faced by our country. Most murder cases are not reported, or if there are any, the perpetrators usually get away with it. Common murder cases are those of: Abortion- Unwanted pregnancy that leads to the abortion of the foetus. Sorcery Accusations – The accusing and killing of certain people in the society who are believed to be practicing sorcery. Ethnic clashes- conflict between ethnic groups that leads to loss of lives and property. Criminals put in jail for wilful murder, rape etc..
