Why ‘Equallyoked’? A few motives of ‘equallyokedtarian’ couples ~~~ Marriage, Family, and Child Psychology ??

Social Motives ‘Equallyokedtarian’ couples claim to select mates and marry for a variety of reasons. 1 ? ? ? ? ? ? Marriage, Family, and Child Psychology

Some reasons are - Beliefs: (1.)…about life,…..couples living in a complex multicultural society choose equallyoked relationships as the best personal security to provide psychosocial stability and social resilience. 1 (2.)…self-image,…..individuals in an ‘equallyoked’ relationship usually have ‘excellent’ insight into ‘self-image’ thus affecting their ‘good self esteem.’ 2 (3.)…truth,….. usually have - a clear self-image of ‘who I am’ as a human being not merely a ‘robot’ in a mix of multicultural confusion. 3 (4.)…God,….. ‘equallyoked’ couples honor God – ‘who created me as I am.’ 3 (5.)…death.. …unequallyoked is a sin,.. by not sinning,.. …having an afterlife. 4 Marriage, Family, and Child Psychology

Bonding Bonding (identifying and personal attaching): (1.)...for long term love,… –..by heartfelt ‘falling in love’ with someone of similar ‘civil identity’- in accordance with ‘social mores’… 1 (2.)…romance,… –..a feeling of loveliness, as an ‘equally yoked’ couple, affirmation of gender identity, and mutually pleasant interactive affection for each other… 2 (3.)..sex… –..phermonal and physically intimate arousal. 3 Marriage, Family, and Child Psychology

Marriage Marriage: (1.) …family,… –…his and her families ‘accept’ one another in accordance with valuable established ‘social mores’. 1 (2.) …children,… –.. An equallyoked couple - planned pregnancy, having a baby together, …or a ‘blended’ family. 2 (3.) …financial goals… –..each of equallyoked individuals have a family with with financial security in an economic community. 3 Marriage, Family, and Child Psychology

Self Esteem Self image and Self esteem:..individuals as ‘equally yoked’ couples....with a clear sense of “Self” marry a partner of a ‘like’ (or similar) civil identity. 1 Marriage, Family, and Child Psychology

Family Identity Family identity: to properly maintain the integrity of the extended family identity. 1 Marriage, Family, and Child Psychology
