Set-up an RA agreement between any non-NHS agencies and a hosting NHS organisation, as well as a DPA contract Non-NHS agencies can still have RA agents and RA sponsors Meet with RA manager of the hosting NHS organisation and discuss the rollout Check you have NACS codes for any non-NHS organisations, if you don’t start the process as early as possible
