Minimal talk by facilitators - !!Subtlety is important!! Heartfulness focuses on practical experience Heartfulness is a scientific experience by oneself on oneself Manner is more important than the matter Focus on the inner connection with the Master before and during the session – ‘a ball of light’ Need to be fully relaxed to conduct the session Communication skills, listening skills, interactive approach to follow up stages in group situations Preceptor and Program Coordinator need to feel responsible for the welfare and spiritual progress of the newcomers What is Heartfulness?
Did you read the FAQ document ? If not, now is the good time! Purity Weaves Destiny! Heartfulness is the approach – Sahaj Marg is the way! Silent Sahaj Marg spiritual movement! Humility, Harmony, Anonymity with Sacred Love! Points to Ponder
The Planned Expansion … “We expect from all our functionaries and all our brothers and sisters a profound and sincere commitment to contribute fully to a planned expansion – one that is so important to humanity, whose current distress on so many levels is saddening.” – Babuji Maharaj, 29 December 2014
“We would like and ensure that the dreams of our Master’s are fulfilled. Sometime in 1951, Babuji Maharaj received a message from Swami Vivekananda along with Lalaji Maharaj. Both supporting each other and saying ‘yes, this should be done’ and what was that? The request was very simple. That the entire world should know we exist as Sahaj Marg. We are here to teach them how to meditate and better their life. It does not matter whether they continue with the practice or not. If they do it’s fine but they should know we exist for them………” Kamlesh Bhai speech excerpt from Lyon - May 2015
We need to fine tune the volunteers. We should mainly focus NOT on knowledge but how through this practice where there is no more exercise than closing ones eyes and relaxing while allowing the work supported by pranahuti to happen / unfold. Heartfulness is all about heartfelt experiences and not about mental jargon and heavy bookish loads. With Prayers to Beloved Master for His love and blessings. Kamlesh - Mail from Kamlesh Bhai, dated Aug 7, 2015 Experiencing Heartfulness
Sahaj Marg is the Path, Heartfulness is the approach HFN is very simple – keep it simple! Based on experience not on intellectual understanding Welcoming, heartful attitude – non-judgmental, openness Customized sessions for each seeker, at their pace Aspirants in same group may move to the next stage at different speed Encourage them to practice on their own, in steps as per their comfort Reach them and not pull them to where we are: weekday satsangh / group sitting in their premises Some Additional Tips

Module 3 How to Conduct a Heartfulness Session?
2.The preamble address to the audience NOT to exceed 10 minutes, preferably shorter Introduction should be context sensitive based on aspirant profile Inspire the audience to aspire for change from within 3.10 minute placebo meditation on their own after guidance on how to meditate Request to think over their experience Check if the audience is willing to go deeper Mention the need for relaxing the body Heartfulness Workshop: 5 steps
4.5-7 minutes relaxation followed by minute guided meditation Request again to ponder over or write down their experience Compare the meditation with and without transmission Judge from the heart and not from the mind 5.Avoid Q & A If questions arise, answer 2-3 questions to gain trust and not to brush the audience off Ask for a couple of participants to share experience if they are willing Invite the seekers to meditate for the next two days Collect the contact details and possible weekly follow-up Heartfulness Workshop: 5 steps
