Thai MOOC architecture blueprint was build and have pilot implemented platform in “Government cloud infrastructure” and test with 3,000+ concurrent access… pass with stable and reliable response TCU with support from member institutions’ academics and researchers are review and prepare first draft MOOC course instructional design guideline and also guideline to assure the quality of MOOC based learning to be submitted for approval from QA committees TCU’s member universities start to create MOOC courses and pilot provide for self-paced learning without credits

Pilot showcases for Thai-MOOC TCU conduct several meeting with partner universities and got agreement from member universities to do pilot show cases as 1.Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University will pilot the learning to accumulative credits for future credit transfer or exemption for eligible courses in degree program 2.Khonkaen University will open general education level’s elective courses and open for other universities' student with learning credit transfer possibility 3.Many universities (Chulalongkorn, Naresuan) will pilot accumulative credits in Professional continuing development courses, for professional certification renewal. (nurse, teacher, pharmacy, etc.) 4.All member universities agree to allow their MOOC courses to be available as lifelong learning with portfolio for life advancement 5.More…

IV.Conclusion & Proposal Thai-MOOC become National project fully supported by Thai Government Thailand Cyber University (TCU) project together with partner universities / institutes will start Thai-MOOC phase I on 2016 targeting to provide 30+ MOOC-style courses, “Credit-bank” and “Assessment-center” and enabling Lifelong learning Learn and transfer learning creadit among university’s student Learn and accumurate learning credits to get certificate or bachelor/master degree

IV.Conclusion & Proposal Looking forward to partner with Regional MOOCs: ASEAN, ASIAN, GLOBAL MOOCs to Share and exchange Languages and Culture for example Thai studies Thai everyday communication language Living and working in Thai
