9 GOALS FY Conduct City Youth Programs and hire additional 300 Youth. Assist at least 20 businesses with hiring and/or Job Fairs. Implement various Vocational Training Programs. Complete at least 3 grant applications. Apply for non-profit 501 ( C) status (under direction of the City)
