Organization should adopt the philosophy of quality rather than quantity. Training of employees should be a continuous system. Training is the key to achieve Total Quality Management. Modern techniques should be used to train the staff in the organization. Prominent Features of Dr. Demming’s 14 Points

Workers should bring creative ideas to improve quality of the product. It is very important to assure the workers that new ideas will be encouraged. Barriers between different departments should be removed. Statistical Methods should be used to control quality.
