Need to acknowledge the importance of involving all relevant Ministries. Need to address the role and responsibilities of relevant Ministries. Need to consider an inter-ministerial coordination mechanism.

Consulting provincial and district authorites Making the IDP policy relevant: Need to address internal displacement where it occurs. Need to address particularities of internal displacement in different provinces and districts. Need to address the role of provincial and district authorities in addressing internal displacement.
