HARGRAVES INSTITUTE HARGRAVES INSTITUTE DEVELOPING INSIGHTS FOR INNOVATION- LEARNING FROM OTHERS What is it A coalition of more than 50 major companies in Australia. Roche was the first and founding member. What’s its role A forum designed to foster innovation by sharing knowledge and experience in a non-competitive environment. What’s its value Innovation doesn’t happen by accident, it requires insight, skills and processes that enable an innovative culture, where innovative people and ideas flourish. One way we gain insight is to learn from other companies’ experiences in varied marketplaces.
