“Minor” Head Injury: -Head trauma with the history of LOC, amnesia, or disorientation -Patient is talking and alert (GCS 13-15) at time of assessment

MI 1 month, CABG 3 months Delirium 6 months (repeat cognitive testing) Arrhythmia requiring intervention 6 months Seizure 6-12 months CHF, EF < 35%, indefinite Progressive dementia, indefinite
