Poor planning. Companies ask for change requests. Programmes start late. Workplace approvals not finalised at the time of DG allocation. Funds are swept- not good practice in terms of Grant Regulations. Affects Future Allocations. Companies submit evidence that does not comply with the requirements set out in the MOA CHIETA has to recover funds when organisations do not implement the allocated projects. Learner Induction

BBBEE scorecard points – 20 plus 5 bonus points can be scored if skills development is implemented according to the priority elements. Tax breaks for learnership and apprenticeship implementation. MOAs are for 18 months. No extensions.
