CHIETA, The Catalyst for Enhanced Skills, Economic Growth and Employability Risks associated with DG contracts Management Planned training is often overridden by other activities that are seen as more important. Poor planning. Companies ask for change requests. Programmes start late. Workplace approvals not finalised at the time of DG allocation. Funds are swept- not good practice in terms of Grant Regulations. Affects Future Allocations. Companies submit evidence that does not comply with the requirements set out in the MOA CHIETA has to recover funds when organisations do not implement the allocated projects. Learner Induction
