Scheme Review RG Carter has been appointed contractor, Nick Pitcher the site manager Following audits have been commissioned, Health & Safety, Material, Technical and Passivhaus standards report Encraft have been instructed to visit site to implement air testing and thermal imaging to plots 1-3 and 7-10 Level survey of the drains and retaining walls are currently being inspected Drains have been jetted through and subject to a CCTV survey Revised Construction Phase Plan is in preparation and will be in place by 13 th October. The condemned scaffold has been removed Ground workers are expected to return to site week commencing 5 th October New scaffolding will be erected week commencing 19 th October. Recommencement of construction work is expected to start early November Supply chain procurement is in progress

Summary The scheme is beginning to move forward and all parties are working closely to ensure the delivery of the development. RG Carter and Hamson JPA are progressing the technical audit, this stage is essential to establish the standard of the build. The reports will enable us to ascertain any remedial works required prior to the commencing the revised programme.
