Visit the doctor to see if you‘re fit to exercise Get help to make plans in your diet and exercise Make a long term fitness plan Start slowely Make one change in your diet every other day for two weeks Don´t under estimate the benefits of skipping the elevator Decide on a prise for yourself at every milestone but not in the form of food
