E – SKILLS PLUS The online self assessment of Real Skills Plus ICAMHS/AOD Developed to make it easier for practitioners to assess themselves against competencies. Self assessment of competencies - competent or needing development. Competency report is created immediately for individuals, teams & services.

E-Skills Plus Trials Internal Pilot - Trial Across a number of disciplines – Nursing, Psychiatrist, GP, Social Worker, Youth Work, Public Health Nurse, ICAMHS Nurses, Novice Practitioners and Advanced Practitioners External Pilot - Four Services, Primary and Specialist Services

Trial Feedback Easy to navigate Most users took 30 minutes or less to complete Report was useful and easy to understand Primary Sector Reassured of the skills they had when working with infant, children and young people with possible mental health or AoD concerns
