How To Order/Schedule Your Course 14/15 Test

Ordering Your Test First, study diligently and thoroughly! Next, you will have to order your test at the Air University Distance Learning Page

Select “CAC Login”

Hover over “Manage My Program” then select “Nominate/Chang e”

Click “Use My TCF” NOTE: Make sure your TCF is “31 FSS/FSDE APO, AP ” You can confirm this by clicking on “My Info” located on the left-hand side of the page.

Click “Order Test”

Verify the information, then click “Confirm”

Scheduling Your Test Now, you will need to schedule your test, no later than 24 hours in advance of the desired test session, via the AF Virtual Education Center Testing for Course 14/15 is offered during the following test sessions: Wednesdays: 0830 and 1030 Thursdays: 0830,1030, and 1400 Fridays: 0830

Click “Login”

Click “Login” (again…)

Click “Online Test Request”

Click “Submit New Request”

In the “Select Base” dropdown box, Select Aviano. Then Click “Next”

In the “Select Test Type” dropdown box, Select “AFIADL”.

Select the Set you wish to test on. Either 00015A or 00015B Then Click “Next”

Select your preferred Date and Time Then Click “Next”

Select an alternate Date and Time (optional) Then Click “Next”

Verify the information at the top is correct, then click “Submit Test Request”

Congratulations! If you’ve followed all these steps, your test date will be confirmed by the Education Center, and you will be the proud owner of a test date. You will receive an from AFVEC, confirming one of your test dates. Please ensure that you select an alternate test date and time in the rare occurrence that your preferred session is already full.
