Honors Grade Expectations Students enrolled in Honors classes are expected to maintain grades of 73% (C) or better throughout their enrollment in the classes. If a student receives a 70-72% (C-) or lower at the end of the first, second, or fourth nine weeks grading period, he/she will be moved down a course level at the start of the following grading period. If a student receives a 70-72% (C-) or lower at the end of the third nine weeks grading period, he/she will remain in the class through the school year, but moved down a course level at the start of the next school year.

Things to Remember Don’t be a helicopter parent. You can’t come to their rescue forever. Teachers have no reason to lie about what happens in school. Be patient. We are here for your children. Contact us with any questions.
