 Students will log-in using Stamford log in  Only 1 trial slot per student per CCA(plan carefully)  CCAs are divided in the following categories:  Sports & Games (Max = 3)  Performing Arts/Musical Groups (Max = 3)  Clubs & Societies (including UG) (Max = 3) Important Stuff to Note!

 Even if a CCA does not require trials, you still need to sign up and the outcome will be reflected as “successful”.  Only sign up for the trials if you are available for the trials!  Read the “Additional CCA Trials Information” ppt file for further info on certain CCAs’ trials Important Stuff to Note!

 No Sign up = no Trials  Even if you are successful at the trials, we will not recognized your membership  No gatecrashers will be entertained Important Stuff to Note!

Genuine INTEREST Choose WISELY Plan CAREFULLY Be RESPONSIBLE Have INTEGRITY Do not be overly-ambitious Important Stuff to Note! H3 subjects? Council? External Commitments? Family?

 2 nd Round is only for JAE students + RP “ALL unsuccessful”  not for those who “forget” to accept a CCA  Min 1 successful outcome  have to accept  Please do not sign up for only 1 trial thinking you will definitely get in Important Stuff to Note!

 Yr 6 CCAL cannot give approval on behalf of CCA teacher mentor with regards to gatecrashing.  Yr 6 CCAL cannot pressure you to give them an answer as to whether you will accept their CCA if offered before the rest of the trial results are released  System Requirement  Internet Explorer  If experience problems with other browser, use IE Important Stuff to Note!

 What if Student A has all unsuccessful trials?  Student A will be allowed to sign up under 2 nd Rd  What if students miss the trials dates?  respective CCA Teacher-mentor to check  Can I join more than the stipulated no. of CCAs within the different categories?  No, system will not allow  Do I need to log-in to system if I’m a Yr 5 DSA athlete?  No, Yr 5 DSA not required to sign up Questions

 What if I want to join an external CCAs eg. Singapore Youth Flying Club, Raffles Scouts, Wushu etc?  For Uniform Groups, look under Clubs & Societies > Uniform Groups  For YFC, look under Clubs & Societies > External Clubs & Societies > Youth Flying Club  For SNYO/SNYCO, look under Clubs & Societies > External Clubs & Societies > SNYO or SNYCO  For Wushu/Taekwondo/Archery, look under Sports & Games > External Sports > Wushu or Taekwando or Archery Questions

 HOD/PE if unsure if external CCA involvement is recognized.   Other CCA-related queries, pls  Questions
