Ice Cream! First Grade can buy ice cream on Wednesday’s for $1.00. We are not ordering any more for the year so, when it runs out we’re out SES END OF YEAR TITLE I MEETING The 2016 SES End of Year Title I Meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 17th in the SES Front Conference Room. Parents may choose to attend either the 9am or 6pm meeting for their convenience. We will review Title I policies from the current school year and provide parents an opportunity to offer input towards the development of next year’s policies. The meeting will focus on a review of the Parental Involvement Policy, School Compact, School Improvement Plan, and use of the 1% set aside funds as well as the development of those policies for the upcoming school year. We look forward to seeing you! Kindergarten registration for the upcoming school year has begun. You can make an appointment in one of two ways: you may visit the district website at or contact Central Registration at Appointment slots are available from April 12 th through May 5 th. Please keep in mind that if you live in Effingham Co and fail to make an appointment during the registration process your child’s enrollment could be postponed until the week of August 8 th and may result in a child missing the first several days of school. For complete registration information, please check the kindergarten registration headlines found on our district website to link to registration instructions. Please share this information with friends and family. Please note that you do not have to register your child for kindergarten if he or she is currently enrolled in a school based Bright from the Start Pre-K or PSI class within our school district.
