Small Group Assignment Vision Themes for the Profession 1. Each Person Take Two Post-its 2. Answer the Question: Based on the forces and trends identified with the E-Scan, what should the profession look like? 3. Write one answer per post-it. Be specific by providing full sentence descriptions! 4. Go around the table and share your answers. Ask clarifying questions if necessary. 5. After everyone has gone around the table, cluster common themes that emerge. 6. Pick the one post-it that best describes that cluster. 7. Pick a group member to report out to the large group. 8. Keep your sheets and post-its at your table!!!
