 Vilka psykologiska variabler påverkar en lyckad studiegång, och därmed övergången mellan akademi och yrkesliv?  Vilka effekter har inslag av AIL i ett utbildningsprogram/utbildningsdesign?  En närliggande frågeställning är om nyttan av olika typer av AIL-inslag i utbildningen varierar beroende på studenternas olika bakgrund, erfarenhet och personlighet.

KOHORT: Hösten 2009  Lärarprogrammet  Sjuksköterskeprogrammet  Hälsovetarprogrammet  Kulturvetarprogrammet  Personalvetarprogrammet  Informatikprogrammet  Ekonomprogrammet  Personalekonomiprogrammet  Industriell ekonomi  Elkraftprogrammet  Systemutveckling - IT och samhälle Coop N =499 ______________________________________ KOHORT 2: Hösten Totalsample N= 819

 En longitudinell studie start H.09-H.11  Storskalig internationell enkätstudie

 Av de 499 deltagarna var 74 % kvinnor  Medelåldern var 24.6 år (från 18 till 52 år)  Fyra av tio hade haft sommarjobb, tillfälligt arbete eller arbete under längre tid relaterat till utbildningsområdet (från några dagar upp till 12 år)

 Inga skillnader när det gäller själv bild (self- efficacy) mellan Coop och icke- coop i resp. land (Vt 2010)  Stora individuella skillnader för såväl Tilltro, Hantera & Integrera som Studieångest  Relativt stora skillnader mellan studenter på de olika programmen, i synnerhet för variablerna Tilltro och Studieångest

 Ju högre grad av (självskattad) förmåga att Hantera & Integrera (ny information) desto större Tilltro (till förmågan att hantera problem och nå uppsatta mål)  Kvinnor upplevde mer Studieångest än män  Om man arbetat med något som var relaterat till utbildningsområdet eller inte hade inget samband med vare sig Tilltro, Hantera & Integrera eller grad av Studieångest

När det gäller Hope/ vilja att studera så visar det sig att  Co-op studenter i båda länderna rapporterar mer ångest än icke-co op studenterna  När det gäller attityd visar sig ingen skillnad  Co-op och icke- co op i de olika länderna ser likadana ut förutom att de kanadensiska studenterna får högre poäng gällande motivation
