We will fulfill this vision by building a foundation of ministry based on:  The Centrality of God’s Word as the standard of the church  Leadership Training and Development  Encouraging, nurturing and providing opportunity for the use of Spiritual Gifts  Promoting Passionate Spirituality  A Structure that is adaptable and functional  Inspiring Worship Services  Holistic Small Groups  Fruitful Evangelism  Loving Relationships  Church Planting

Our love for God is developed and nurtured by our commitment to Promote Passionate Spirituality, Plan Inspiring Worship Services and Encourage Holistic Small Groups that enable disciples to experience God emotionally, physically and intellectually. Daily Bible study and prayer is a high value of the South Sound Church of Christ a.It is important that opportunities to participate in the Mission of the church are offered at the: I.Congregational level II.Small group level III. Individual level

Loving relationships with disciples and the practice of the “one-another” way help us to show our love for God and his church and the world we live in! (John 13:34; I Co 12:12-27; I Jn. 4:19-21) a)Everyone has opportunity for spur partners (Heb 10:24; be open James 5:16)) b)Biblical Conflict resolution is valued (Matthew 18:15; Col 3:12-14; Eph 4:31-32) c)Small group participation is encouraged (Acts 2:44-47) d)Habitual attendance is expected (Heb 10:25)

We fulfill our mission Congregationally by: a. Providing community outreach opportunities. b. Taking principles we learn from the scriptures and applying them to our daily lives. c. Expecting a growing Sunday attendance. d. Offering opportunities to match the Spiritual Gifts of members to their role in the church. We fulfill our mission in Small Groups by: a. Ensuring that every group has and knows their “fishing hole”. b. Providing opportunities for safe, interactive, affirming and accountable relationships. c. Insuring that each Mission Town has and implements a quarterly action plan We Exist to: Love God, Love One Another and Win the World for Christ

We will fulfill our mission individually by: a. Practicing hospitality regularly. b. Knowing and using our Spiritual Gifts to serve God and one another. c. Creating opportunities to seek and save the lost in small groups and individually. d. Sharing the gospel with those seeking to Know God for themselves.
