2.On the Join page, click registration. How to: Join or Renew

3.On the Registration page, click Membership Registration.

4.Complete the membership registration form and submit your payment. Registration is not complete until payment is received. How to: Join or Renew

How to find out who the SIG advisors are SNUG’s website

How to: Find SIG advisors 1.From any page, under SNUG LINKS, click special interest groups. 2.On the Special Interest Groups (SIG) page, scroll down to Who is on the Board? and click the link.

How to: Find SIG advisors 3.Logon to SNUG when the logon dialog box displays. Result: The list of SIG advisers and moderators is displayed. The SNUG contact is listed first; the SCC contact is listed below the SNUG contact.

How to: Join a SIG mailing list 1.To join (subscribe to) a SIG mailing list, on the Special Interest Groups (SIG) page, scroll down to How do I sign up for the groups? and click the desired link.

How to: Join a SIG mailing list 2.The Listserv page for the selected SIG group is displayed [e.g., sig-ar (SoftA/R SIG)]. 3.Enter the following information: your address (required) your name (optional)

How to: Join a SIG mailing list 4.Select a password. 5.Click the option button to indicate whether you’d like to receive messages in a digest. 6.Click Subscribe.

How to: Visit the subscriber list 1.To visit the subscriber list, scroll down to the Subscribers section (e.g., sig-ar). 2.Enter your ( ) Address and Password. 3.Click Visit Subscriber List. 4.To edit your information (or to unsubscribe), click Unsubscribe or edit options.

How to: Add a SIG request 1.From the SIG page, scroll down to How do I submit SIG enhancement requests? and click the SCC SIG Enhancement Form link. Submitting and voting on software enhancements is one of the perks of SIG membership!

How to: Add a SIG request 2.On the SIG Forum Request form, enter the following information: your name your client name in STAR your address desired forum desired topic reason for enhancement

How to: Add a SIG request 3.In the This Form To field, click the drop-down list button adjacent to the field and select the product that’s closest to your category. 4.To receive a copy of your request via , click the Send copy of request to your check box.

How to: Add a SIG request 5.Click Submit to send your request (or click Reset to clear the form and start over). 6.The form will be forwarded to the SIG moderator (SCC) for evaluation. If accepted, the request will be evaluated for estimated hours and will be added to the list for the upcoming year's voting.

How to: Check on a SIG enhancement request 1.To check on the status of an enhancement request, from the SIG page, scroll down to How do I check the SIG enhancement requests? and click SIG Members Bulletin Board.

How to subscribe to SCC-Users list server SNUG’s website

How to: subscribe to SCC-users list server The SCC-users list server is for SNUG members only. Subscription to the SCC-users list server is recommended, but is optional. For critical announcements that need to be sent to all SCC users (clients), SCC’s Client Services team manages the SCC-Announce list. Subscription to SCC- Announce is mandatory for all STAR users. Both of these functions are set up in SCC’s STAR.

How to: subscribe to SCC-users list server 1.To subscribe to the SCC-users list server, logon to STAR. 2.Click Modify User on the dashboard icons.

How to: subscribe to SCC-users list server 3.Search for the user from the list. Enter search criteria (e.g., User ID, First Name, Last Name) or leave blank and click Search.

SCC Announce List s The Announce list flag is used for critical announcements and downtime notifications. Subscription to the SCC-Announce list is mandatory for all Active STAR users. This field is not editable.

The Newsletter flag is inactive. SCC uses SCC Announce to send the Technical Support Quarterly Newsletter. Technical Support Quarterly Newsletter
