 Honey is a sweet liquid produced by honey bees. They use nectar flowers and through a process of regurgitation and evaporation they make honey. WHAT HONEY IS!

 This natural liquid contains many vitamins like B6, thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, panthotenic acid and certain amino acids and minerals like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganise, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and zinc that are very healthy for your body WHY HONEY IS NOUTRITIOUS FOR YOU!
