3 Problem Statement Relevant information for the community is not accessible to all participants because posted in restricted infrastructure, and therefor not available to the whole OOo community.

4 Business Case Open available, current information is essential for the performance of the community. When acquiring this information is increasingly difficult and dissatisfying because of broad dispersion over a variety of restricted and non restricted information systems, redundancies, lack of availability or accessibility, the contribution to the community becomes quite frustrating, and the effort to contribute may appear to be inadequate.

5 Scope This project focuses entirely on the open availability of up-to-date, community relevant information. Emphasis will be on getting information fast and comprehensive.

6 Goal Statement Improve the ability of community participants to access relevant information.
