ANXIETY DISORDERS: TODAY I WILL PROVIDE YOU INFORMATION ABOUT ANXIETY DISORDERS.SO SIT BACK AND RELAX: BIBLIOGRAPHY WILL BE AT THE END

LETS BEGIN: Anxiety disorders occur when people worry or fear about a future event, they could even fear or worry about the past. In my opinion: most people experience anxiety disorders when they become a teenager because they are: getting older, they get more homework assignments, more projects Etc. It can even be coming from home. Parents could be having financial problems or health problems, when these things happen: it can cause anyone to have anxiety disorders. Then as they get older and become adults they start to experience extreme actions, especially the men because they are the ones that need to raise a family, and to have a job. I am 12 and I wonder what would happen to me once I have a family. Then once people get very old they fear about death, they worry that something might happen to them. Such as: heart attacks, strokes, cancer Etc. these are the 3 stages of anxiety disorders that people start to experience.

HOW DO ANXIETY DISORDERS AFFECT PEOPLE: Lets say that your older who just got a job has to work until 11:00 PM, and its all the way in Vancouver, he has to walk 4 blocks alone In the dark and he must take the subway home. If I was him all I could think about is bad thoughts about my older brother. I bet everyone has felt this way sometime In there life, and it is completely normal to have this experience, but once you start worrying too much, your thoughts start to control your life. Which is how it affects you, because once your worries take over your life it washes your brain away, which means you have no knowledge of anything, so it affects everything around you. Anxiety is like an alarm system that sends a negative message to your body which allows your brain and your body to react to the consequences of the situation, your body then starts to experience symptoms such as sweaty palms, headaches, stomach aches Etc. people also spend an excessive time worrying about their problems, this affects your school work, your relationship at home, and your surroundings. It can also affect your sleeping time which causes more anxiety. These are the reasons how anxiety disorders affect people.

WHAT ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF HOW WE GET ANXIETY DISORDERS: Many people have different fears or worries of a particular situation. How we think and react to our situations is how we get anxiety disorders, for an example people may think that things are more dangerous/more scary than they actually are, for an example: fear of flying, Etc.Others believe that they would have to experience an event that already occurred in the past, for an example: taken as hostage, being a victim in a criminal act. Others have reason to believe that childhood experiences can cause anxiety disorders. Others believe that life experiences such as deaths or losing someone in a family, or to experience a natural disaster or to witness a death or war can also cause anxiety disorders. These are some basic examples o how we get anxiety disorders.

WHY ARE ANXIETY DISORDERS INCREASING: Nowadays life is not easy: parents have to: raise a family, cook and clean, go to work, then adults start to experience more problems at work such as: losing their jobs. They might even be having problems at home such as: marriage problems. students and young adults have to: go to school, then do homework assignments, and projects. Its not easy to have an easy life where you can sit around all day doing nothing. Also bills are also increasing, taxes, gas prices, insurance policies Etc. some people don’t have enough money to pay for all these things, and imagine how much stress that would be for those who have big families. In my opinion the more requirements we have to have in order to have a normal life, the more the anxiety increases. These are all the reasons why anxiety disorders are increasing.

WHAT PART OF OUR BODY DOES ANXIETY AFFECT: from my perspective, anxiety disorders affect your brain, because of the way we think and react. It affects our thoughts and feelings, and those two things come from our brain. As I mentioned earlier when our worries start to run your life it brainwashes your mind so you have no knowledge of anything, which obviously affects your brain. When your brain doesn’t function properly, you don’t function properly. Which soon affects your entire life. So don’t let your worries get in the way of your life. Anxiety disorders do affect your entire body but the main body part anxiety affects is the BRAIN.

HOW CAN WE STOP ANXIETY. Now that we came to the end, I think its time to discuss some ways to stop anxiety: 1.Getting enough sleep: many people have different worries such as: a job interview, incomplete homework, public speaking, a math exam coming up Etc. when people have fears like this, getting some sleep for about 11 or 12 hours or relaxing for a few hours may help because it will allow you to think and come up with a way to deal with whatever problem you have like the ones I mentioned earlier. 2. breathe: breathing also helps because it calms you down and I have had sometimes where I was very worried about something such as a guitar recital or a an exam, I took about 20 minutes and take deep breathes. I felt much better, this does make you feel better. 3. you have to realize that life goes on: from my perspective most people fear of something that they think is danger, or fear of something that can change your life: such as losing a close relative. But what you realize is that life must go on, if you are going to lose a relative, or If you fail your exam, there is no way to stop it and deep inside you know. So my question is if you know what the consequences are to your problem why worry so much? You cant stop what going is to happen in the future. Bad things will occur. But that’s the way life is. So in the end we can stop anxiety by understanding that life must go on and you must deal with what you have to deal. Your problems will not go away just because you worry about it. Always remember : life will go on and there is nothing you can do about it.
