Teknik og Miljø - Planlægning og Byggeri Aarhus Kommune 1 Agro food park Agro Food Park will become the centre of knowledge, innovation, research, education and growth in the important farming and food sector. By 2020, Agro Food Park will be one of the world’s five strongest knowledge clusters within farming and foods, adding a strong focus on bio- economy and health. The goal is to create 3,000 jobs in the cluster.

By 2019, the new hospital is expected to be complet. Centers are already established in Skejby, amongst those Science Center Skejby and Incuba Science Park. In 2009, Medtech Innovation Center was added, supporting the commercialization of ideas from the entire health related field.

The cluster continues to develop and create new businesses, as well as research and education initiatives. Already, strong cooperative ties exist between public and private research at Katrinebjerg. The vision for Navitas Park is to become an international growth center for the development of sustainable energy technology. Importantly, the 35,000-m2 construction of Navitas Park will apply and make visible sustainable energy solutions and state of the art technologies. The buildings are expected to be complete by 2014 and will house more than 2,000 students and 300 researchers and private entrepreneurs.
