What is our financial plan for 2011/12? Need to make savings of £9 million Forecast cash balance of c£25m Monitor Financial Risk Rating of ‘3’

What is the plan for 2011/12? Savings delivered through: Pay reduction for high earners Closure of acute inpatient wards – both adults and older adults Reduction in community buildings Management restructuring Drugs Procurement
