Easter “Deviled” Eggs
Deviled Eggs
Ingredients 18 eggs hardboiled & sliced in half 18 egg yolks (mashed) 6 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 3 splashes hot sauce (Fav=Frank's Red Hot) ¼ cup crumbled bacon pieces (Or More) Salt & pepper, to taste Paprika to garnish
Instructions 1.Place your cooked egg YOLKS in a small bowl & mash with a fork. 2.Stir in the mayo, mustard, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, bacon pieces, salt & pepper. 3.Scoop the filling into the egg whites with a SPOON. 4.Sprinkle with paprika.
Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Instructions 1.Place eggs in a large saucepan (Do NOT stack) 2.Cover with COOL water by 1 inch 3.Slowly bring water to boil over medium heat; when the water has reached a boil, COVER and remove from heat. Let sit 12 minutes 4.Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes
How to Dye Egg Whites
Ingredients 1 cup cold water 3 drops food coloring 1 teaspoon vinegar Egg white halves to be dyed
Instructions 1.Gather enough mugs for the number of colors you would like to use. 2.Fill each mug with 1 cup cold water. 3.Add 3 drops of desired food coloring, along with 1 tsp. vinegar
Instructions 4. Place egg whites in mugs and allow to sit in the food coloring until desired color is reached. 5. Remove whites from dye and drain on a plate lined with a couple of paper towels
