 The 1920's saw the tax burden of middle Americans decrease while most lower income Americans were relieved of their tax burden altogether

Red scare Video Video  A period of anticommunist hysteria during 1919 and 1920  Was a response to the Russian Revolution of 1917  Was driven by the fear that communism might take a foothold in the United States
