Continuous Improvement Examples (CIAS) Enhance Curriculum Based on the data collected, we added writing assignments focusing on the analysis and synthesis of research discoveries to improve the student’s ability to clearly define and defend their project. Re-assessment will take place next fall to evaluate improvement. Instructional Strategies Based on the assessment results additional peer activities and peer support were added to the course. This support included online project management tools per team group to improve peer engagement and tracking. Academic Support As a result, the faculty initiated a series improvement sessions where students at all levels voluntarily participate in developing their skills. Responses to senior exit interview questions in spring 2015 revealed that the improvement sessions were valued by students.
