GrantSolutions 28

GrantSolutions Benefits of using GrantSolutions: Cost savings Real-time notification Status information available Communication with OGM and OCSE Budget management 29

GrantSolutions Common pitfalls to avoid: Ensure that you are using the 424 application and 424A budget summary online fillable forms located on the GrantSolutions website. Verify that information submitted on the narrative portion of the budget matches the information submitted on the SF-424A. Identify each item designated for non-federal match as either “cash” or “in-kind”. 30

GrantSolutions Common pitfalls to avoid: Upload a copy of your current Indirect Cost Rate agreement (or a copy of your proposal asking for a new negotiated rate). Upload the budget narrative, Indirect Cost Rate agreement, and any other supporting documentation as individual and separate documents.
