Primitive Sporting Arms  MUZZLELOADERS  one of the rules of muzzleloading safety is to never prime or cap a muzzleloader until you are ready to fire.  If you are not sure if the muzzleloader is loaded then use a marked ramrod to check it  the ball or shot charge must be seated against the powder charge
