Outline  Communities of Practice adopted  Tools and resources to be, or not to be, integrated in Single Sign On (SSO) platforms  Mobilizing universities as development resources

Communities of practice adopted 3 Besides the health related CoPs already discussed this morning, we have WIMEA-ICT; NORAD funded project on Wetaher (Active) - 15 participants from MAK, DIT, UJ, UoB and external stake-holders TTA -Technology Transfer Alliance; University Consortium (Starting) - 18 Institutions signing up at the 2nd TTA workshop in Dar iGRID; Sida-funded project on Smart Power grids (Starting) - participants from UDSM, DIT, KTH)  IoT4Health (pending) - Participants from TUT, AAU, UDSM SomaliREN; WB-funded Capacity building program (Planning) - participants from SomaliREN members, DIT, KTH, MAK

Tools 4  Science Gateway Framework  Discourse User Forum, public and private sessions  Github repository for software and hardware development  Open Access Repository for dissemination of final objects  Course platform  Other tools are explored, including  - a suitable temporary repository for working documents in a distributed CoP  - collaborative authoring tools
