Fair Labor Standard Act(FLSA)  The law which regulates such areas as minimum wage, overtime pay, and other payroll calculations.

Pay Period 15  FLSA 14 Day 60% % 2006 Pay Period Dates 06/23/ /06/2005

Pay Period 15  FLSA 7 Day Week 1100% /23/ /29/2005 Week 220% (2005) 80% (2006) 06/30/ /06/2005

Final Check Payroll  PP 15FC will post based on the employee’s term date.

Off Cycle Warrants  Any off cycle warrants issued after the current payroll closes, are attached to the next open payroll.  Central Payroll will close PP15 processing at 12 noon on July 14, 2005.
