The Secrets to Losing Pounds and Inches Safely, Quickly, and Permanently! Sample

Obesity is a Health Risk  According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, obesity is ranked as the number one health risk facing America.

80 Million Over-weight! 80 million adult Americans over the age of twenty-five are obese or over- weight.

Being even moderately overweight can increase the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and other dangerous conditions. Sample

400,000 Deaths Annually Obesity currently results in an estimated 400,000 deaths annually in the U.S, and costs nearly $122 billion dollars.

Heart disease, High blood pressure, High blood sugar, Diabetes, Coronary artery disease, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in women, Joint and spinal disorders, Cancer, And other diseases. Overweight and obese people have an increased incidence of:

The Solution Today I want to share with you not only what causes fat, but most importantly a common- sense natural solution to being over-weight, as well as a solution to other health difficulties.

All health problems, including obesity, have an underlying cause. Sample

Weight-loss products or diets that do not get at the cause of the problem, are not effective on a long- term basis and are often harmful to the body.

Before we look at a healthy way to lose weight, lets look at what weight- loss fads aren’t good for you.

Appetite suppressants are pills or liquid drops designed to fool the body into thinking it is full and doesn’t need more food. Suppressing your appetite is never a healthy, long-term solution to weight loss.

Food, let us not forget, supplies fiber, fat, minerals and vitamins to the body––all necessary ingredients for health. The proper food also helps eliminate toxins from the body.

A constant craving for food is often an indicator that the body isn’t getting enough nutrients because of either poor diet, or the body’s inability to completely assimilate the nutrients from the food. Taking a pill to suppress your appetite can actually put you in a condition of worse health.

Metabolism is a process in which your body breakdowns nutrients and chemicals in order to get energy. It is believed that the faster or harder your metabolism works the more fat you will burn.

WARNING Metabolism boosters, either in prescription or non-prescription form, are often sold under the pretense of helping you lose weight. If you raise your metabolism rate in your body by artificially boosting the metabolism with a pill alone, you may lose weight, but such means are not safe for your system. After you stop taking the metabolism booster your body will probably compensate and slow down to a rate slower than before you took the boosters. Thus you put the weight back on. Metabolism boosters don’t work for long-term weight loss and can even be dangerous.

The only safe and effective way to boost your metabolism, to help achieve lasting weight- loss, is through daily exercise and drinking plenty of water. Sample

17 Atkin’s and similar diets healthy? According to the American Dietetic Association individuals who stick to a high-fat, high-protein, low- carbohydrate diets such as the “Atkin’s Diet” may risk long-term health problems. Such diets are so high in cholesterol and fat and low in fruits and vegetables that they can cause long-term health problems, including increased toxicity in the body.

Is obesity the result of ones genes? It is easy to assume that there is a genetic reason why one person puts on weight more easily than another, or that one person was born with a faster metabolism than another. Although one’s genetic makeup plays a role in weight regulation, it is not the sole instigator of excess fat. Widespread obesity was rare just a century ago. The genetic makeup of the human body has not changed over such a short period of time. Therefore, something else must have changed to bring about widespread obesity.

Let’s look at what changed in society -- some of the real causes that result in being over-weight.  Toxins  Compromised organ function  Lifestyle habits

One hundred years ago people weren’t as overweight as they are today. There are three reasons for this: 1. People were more active 100 years ago. 2. People ate better food 100 years ago. 3. People ate less food.

Poison is defined as: A substance with an inherent property that tends to destroy life or impair health. Today, poisons are in the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe.

22 There are 6 to 7 million chemical substances known in industry and scientific research, and close to 70,000 of them are regularly used in the industrial, agriculture and service sectors.

23 The Environmental Protection Agency reports that 4.3 billion pounds of toxic substances are legally dumped annually into our nation's environment.

24 That comes out to an average of about 15 pounds of toxins in each person. About the weight of a bowling ball! (The average human head only weighs 8 pounds!)

25 A study tested samples of umbilical cord blood from 10 babies born in U.S. hospitals. Environmental Working Group The test results showed that the 10 cord blood samples contained:  287 toxins and chemical pollutants, 200 on average per sample.  28 waste products, such as dioxins and furans, chemicals that come out of smoke stacks.  47 consumer product ingredients, such as flame retardants from furniture and clothing, Teflon chemicals and pesticides.  212 industrial chemicals and breakdown products from pesticides that have been banned for 30 years or longer.

26 Now. Guess what the most visible sign of toxicity is in the body? Sample

27 Fat

28 Red balls represent synthetic chemical production Blue stars represent the number of overweight Americans

Toxins play a major “roll” in creating fat in the body. Some common toxins in today’s food are: Preservatives, Hormones, Heavy metals, Trans fatty acids, Pesticides.

HOW DO TOXINS CREATE FAT? Once in your body, toxins do four things that help manufacture fat: 1. Slow down your metabolism. 2. Decreases your body’s ability to burn fat. 3. Slow down the time it takes for you to feel full. 4. Traps fat in the body.

The liver is the body’s filtering system. Its job is to filter out toxins from the food we eat and the air we breath, and then help usher these toxins out of the body. Five organs in your body are responsible for eliminating toxins: Lungs, kidneys, colon, skin and liver.

But in today’s toxic world the liver often gets overloaded and cannot properly filter the toxins out. It becomes “clogged,” like the air filter in your home’s air system might.

When the liver becomes overloaded with toxins, to protect the body from them, the body stores these toxins in its fat cells, which cause fat and inflammation to build up around these toxic cells.

Most women gain weight in the buttocks and upper thighs, while most men gain weight in the stomach. With women, the body pushes the toxins away from the stomach so that they can safely bear children, thus the toxins and fat end up in their bottom.

Cellulite is mostly a result of accumulated toxins in the body.

Men don't bear children, so the body simply allows the toxins and fat to build up in the intestines and stomach area.

A person can try all the fad diets and weight-loss products they want, but if they don't get the toxins out of the body, even if they do lose weight the toxins stay –– putting you in even worse health. The fat will again build up. We call this Rebound Effect.

Internal stress on the nerves in the body can also contribute to weight gain as well as many other health problems. All the nerves in your body run from your brain through your spinal column and to your organs. Pressure on any of these nerves could impede organ function.

As just one example, if the thyroid gland is not at 100% function it could contribute to weight gain.

47 In addition, nerve pressure may hinder any of the five detox organs from releasing fat- producing toxins from of the body. Sample

My job as a doctor is to treat the entire body and put it in optimal health, which includes its optimal weight. I use the NuLean Cleanse to detoxify the body of impurities. I use chiropractic treatment to remove stress on nerves in the body. I recommend dietary and lifestyle changes based on each person’s individual needs.

Remember, excess fat is a symptom of a unhealthy body. To effectively correct the symptom, you must get at the cause. Even the act of over-eating is often a symptom that the body is not assimilating the nutrition it needs.

Today you have learned about the safe, fast, and permanent way to lose weight. Now there’s only one thing left to do…

Make the decision!
