GUIDELINES BRIEF BUT SUBSTANTIAL, ACCURATE, UP-TO- DATE, COHERENT, COMPLETE, COMPREHENSIBLE AND LOGICALLY ARRANGED ARRANGED BASED ON THE NEW FRAMEWORK: SYSTEMS (Inputs & Processes) IMPLEMENTATION OUTCOMES

GUIDELINES ALL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION MUST REFER TO PROGRAM TO BE ACCREDITED (UNLESS SPECIFIED) - SHOULD BE PRESENTED IN GRAPHICAL/TABULAR/NARRATIVE FORM ALL OTHER DETAILS IN DOCUMENTS OR PRINTED MATERIALS USED AS SOURCES OF DATA MUST BE AVAILABLE AT THE ACCREDITATION CENTER FOR VERIFICATION

GUIDELINES ACCOMPISHED SELF- SURVEY INSTRUMENT IS AVAILABLE AT THE ACCREDITATION CENTER THE DEAN/ HEAD OF ACADEMIC UNIT AND THE TASK FORCE OF THE PROGRAM PREPARES THE OBQA-PPP AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AACCUP BY THE PRESIDENT.(One hardcopy and one softcopy) TOGETHER WITH THE APPLICATION NOT LATER THAN TWO MONTHS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED VISIT.
