FAC focus and framework 4 The primary work of the FAC will be to: Learn about the district facilities history and future needs Engage the community on their interests and concerns Review feedback from district staff Generate recommendations to administration and AVG regarding the development of the Facilities Master Plan Share the draft Facilities Master Plan options with community members Review community survey data Provide a final recommendation to the Board for consideration

FAC focus and framework 5 Our success will require: Keeping the best interests of the children of Fairview Park City Schools first An openness to opposing ideas and creative solutions A willingness to collaborate and strive for consensus Advocacy of the district and committee work Engaging the community and reporting feedback Commitment to accept and complete responsibilities between meetings Limiting personal agendas and focusing on the best interests of the community as a whole Including and synthesizing the work of the FPCS Strategic Plan and the Fairview Advantage An ability to "reach for the stars, but keep one foot on the ground"
