The Issues Up to 2200 bicycles are loaded onto ferries each day during the peak season. Limited space makes it difficult for parking and staging these bikes at our current location(s). We’ve run out of room !

Issues - Continued Breakdowns in the reservation system – long lines When the racks are full or the reservation booth is unoccupied, cyclists will mingle in the intersection considering what to do. SAFETY RISK

Staff believes that these companies have a responsibility to assist the City with planning and the costs associated with expanding the current bicycle parking
