Christmas Countdown. ● Christmas Eve: 24 th ● Christmas Day: 25 th ● Boxing Day: 26 th ● New Years Eve: 31 st ● New Years Day: 1 st

Christmas Eve. This night Santa Claus goes to all the good peoples houses and leaves presents under the Christmas tree.

Christmas Day. Christmas Day is when everybody opens their presents and celebrate Christmas together.

Boxing Day. This is the day we eat, as a family bubble and squeak. We have the cold left overs from Christmas roast.

Christmas Decorations. Every year, on the 1 st of December, all familys in Britain decorate their houses with Christmas decorations, like a Christmas tree and lights around the house.

Christmas Roast. On Christmas day we eat a big roast. With lots of meat and veg. But the most important is the turkey. For desert we have Christmas pudding.

Christmas Presents. On Christmas day, every year, thousands of people wake up to a house full of presents. They open one by one and are very happy.

New Years Eve. On New years Eve, most people in the UK have parties to celebrate the new year. Some people have fireworks.
