I have different variety of foods and drinks but I don’t have enough items from each of the food groups. What is lacking in my diet are vegetables, fruits, and some grain products and I don’t have enough calories. What I could work on my diet is to add more servings from each of the food group even grain products and vegetable and meat.

Here are 3 things that I could do to have a healthy lifestyle, Eating more, getting a lot of sleep, and being active. Firstly, I have to eat a lot of healthy foods so that I can have a better health and grow taller. Specific foods provide nutrients and vitamins so it will provide me into a healthy lifestyle and it will prevent me from getting sick. I have to sleep a lot earlier since I usually tend to sleep late. The more I sleep, the more I grow and being able to think more clearly. I also need to be active. I sometimes stay inside at home but I have to get active. When start to get active more and more, It gives me exercise and I will have stronger muscles and bones and all of this will make a have a healthy lifestyle.
