Is there a crisis in boys’ education? Presenter: Shiyun Tang

The issue Some analysis are claiming that boys are falling behind girls in elementary and secondary schools. Consequently, those boys grow to be men who fall even further behind women in higher education.

The reason Rich studies focus on girl’s enriched education Lacking of male role models The difference of learning style Feminization of the classroom

Diminish stereotype Inspire boys to study the social sciences and the humanities. Remove social stigmas

conclusion Help bridge the gap between boys and girls Find adaptive learning style Encourage more males to become educators
