Research Design & Data Collection Visited 12 urban libraries across Canada (all provinces except Quebec) Conducted 70 in-depth interviews with CEOs, librarians and clerical/paraprofessionals Job shadowed approximately 55 library workers

Findings Shared ideas across the sector (regardless of geography or position) Space (community, more and beautiful) Collections (about those books) Programming (adults) Technology (access, exposure & teaching)
